7.00 for each book thereafter.
We ship by Media Rate, USPS. We do accept payments also via Paypal. We also accept Checks or Money Orders. (as usual, Money Orders are processed faster).

If you inform us of which books you are purchasing,
we will hold those for you until the funds arrive.

Please allow 10 weeks (occasionally more) for shipping on all orders regardless of method of payment.
We will ship via media rate unless otherwise agreed. Overseas order must add a$
