It is the American Constitution that has made American the UNIQUE Nation that it is.
When the New North American Community is Created (and the USA disapears),

laws that Americans have (such as the Bill of Rights) - But rather to have
the New North American Community come under
the Jurisdiction of the United Nations and other International
Organizations. CAFTA is only a small part of this - though it is a small
part (in Billions of dollars) that needs to be Resisted and Defeated in

Apparently, the problem is that U.S. taxpayers have not given ENOUGH to Mexico, so the plan is to force Americans to contribute Twenty Billion Dollars, every year - to the Mexicans (in Mexico) for Ten Years. This is called - Euphemistically
"closing the development gap". In plain english, it means taking your money and giving it to Mexico.

We wonder why the government of Mexico is not ALREADY paying the U.S. for each of its illegal citizens that is in the U.S. - where we provide work and benefits to them.
One recommendation is to have the government of Mexico give to the USA - one barrel of oil - per day for each day that a Mexican Illegal is inside the USA. That would BEGIN to repay Americans for the Capital Flight that takes place when Mexican illegals send funds back to Mexico (which is more than Ten Billion dollars every year). Mexico has a great amount of oil that they should be offering to sell us at a reduced rate. Instead they keep the supplies tight in order to continue the Oil-Price Escalation.
NEEDED: an 18 Foot Permanent Wall between the USA and MEXICO
Another recommendation is to force Congress to pass legislation that would mandate the building of an 18 Foot Wall on the Southern Border with Mexico. It should be built by the U.S. Army corp of Engineers, and could be within 45 days.
(There is no need to do this with Canada, since the Canadians are pretty happy in Canada, by and large)

America" - what this means is that the USA will be more deepy
"integrated" with other countries WITHOUT American Borders,
American Laws, or American Sovereignty.

Report Finds Mexico Has Replaced Colombia as Largest Illegal Drug Supplier for US
VOA - Aug 19/05 -Mexican drug cartels are reported to have taken over control
of the very lucrative U.S. illicit drug trade from Colombian cartels.
A similar article published in two popular U.S. newspapers, USA Today and Christian Science Monitor says the Mexican groups have used profits from border delivery routes to grab control from Colombian drug producers.
Another reported reason for the change is successful enforcement against Colombian drug lords by Colombian and U.S. authorities.
The director of the Bush administration's drug control policy, John Walters is quoted as saying the Mexicans are now running crime and "getting the bulk of the money" as "the Colombians have pulled back."
Earlier this week, the governors of the U.S. states of New Mexico and Arizona declared emergencies on their border regions with Mexico, in large part because of an increase in drug trafficking and violence as rival cartels fight for control of transit routes.

Bush Administration Fosters more Job Transfers to India

July 22/05 - ATimes - Among the significant initiatives that were unveiled at the meeting between Singh and US President George W Bush has been the launch of a
high-level bilateral CEO forum. The forum is intended to provide effective
private sector participation in the economic dialogues between India and the US. The CEO forum
brings together 10 top businessmen each from India and the US to promote Indo-US economic cooperation in the coming
years. Not conceived as a pressure group on the two governments, the forum has been designed to provide a practical and hands-on body influencing economic policymaking in both countries.
"Extending beyond trade, which is rapidly growing, the intensifying and increasingly complex economic links being forged between our two countries are having a profound impact on our joint and respective economic outlook in the 21st century," said the State Department announcing the forum. "Both our governments have agreed that we should create a high-level private sector forum to exchange business community views on key economic priorities. Input from the business community is an integral component of a successful bilateral economic dialogue."
The Indian CEOs in the forum are Ratan Tata (Tata group), Mukhesh Ambani (Reliance), Nandan Nilekani
(Infosys), Yogesh Deveshwar (ITC), Dr Pratap Reddy (Apollo Hospitals), Baba N Kalyani
