WELCOME TO THE SECTION ON CODEX ALIMENTARIUS
THIS SECTION WILL BE SHOWING YOU HOW IT - CODEX ALIMENTARIUS - WILL AFFECT YOUR VITAMINS, YOUR SUPPLEMENTS, AND YOUR FOOD SUPPLY
(Yes, the CODEX ALIMENTARIUS Material and Documentation DOES exist, and YES, Your Vitamins & Supplements will be VERY affected)
Most Americans (and others) are used to watching for pieces of domestic laws or legislation that clearly state and identify these Four Factors:
1. the intention of the bill or legislation
2. the scope of the legislation (who or what will be affected)
3. The statutory or legal basis for the legislation, and
4. the content of the legislation.
But the Codex Alimentarius legal rules are very different.
Codex Alimentarius Rules and Regulations are Not something which has to be approved by Congress. Instead the rules of Codex Alimentarius are a rule by ADMINISTRATIVE LAW and ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS. The regulations will be issued by the FDA, USDA and other Federal Agencies that ALREADY have statutory jurisdiction over those areas of the Food Supply.
The reason - for the way that Codex Alimentarius rules are Implemented (carried out) - is that Codex Alimentarius is not a "law" in the sense of something being currently passed and voted on by Congress. THAT ACTION - of approving of Codex Alimentarius - ALREADY Took place, when the United States Congress voted to Approve the joining of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 1994.
As a result, the United States - in 1994 - agreed to be bound by:
1. the Rules of the World Trade Organization
2. the Rulings of the World Trade Organization
3. The Agencies of the World Trade Organizations
Many Americans think of the WTO as "one" agency or organization. While that might be technically true, it is best to know that the WTO is itself part of the Larger United Nations systems and Agencies.
Beyond that, however, WTO - the World Trade Organization - has ITS OWN bureaucrats, its own Bureaucracies and its own subsidiary agencies. In other words, WTO is not simply "one" agency - but rather a system of bureaucracies All Working Together - under the Umbrella of WTO.
The World Trade Organization is part of the Economic Arm of the United Nations.
[By the Way, there are provisions for the U.S. to GET OUT of the WTO. But they can only be used in 2005 and in 2010 - otherwise, it is much more difficult to withdraw from WTO {More on that sometime later} ].
CODEX ALIMENTARIUS is the name of a commission, whose job it is to regulate the Global Food Supply. This includes: all food, all processed foods, all radiated foods, all juices, all nectars, all vitamins, all supplements, and all portions of all systems of food distribution and distribution networks, as well as all regulations concerning the growing and production of food, and including Genetically Modified Foods also.
Codex Alimentarius derives its authority from being part of the United Nations systems of Agencies. However, specifically - the jurisdiction of Codex Alimentarius is derived from being designated in the WTO Documents as "one of the OFFICIAL agencies" of the World Trade Organization.
In plain English, if the U.S. agreed to join WTO and to be bound by it, (which Congress did in 1994), and if CODEX ALIMENTARIUS is the implementer of WTO, then the U.S. is bound by WTO.
That is not something which WILL BE (in the Future) True.
The U.S. and the U.S. Food Supply is RIGHT NOW - ALREADY - Under the jurisdiction of WTO and Codex Alimentarius.
In the past, It used to be that U.S. Federal Agencies were part of the Executive Branch of the American Government, and therefore subject to American Law, and that Americans had recourse of actions through U.S. Courts.
That is rapidly changing. What most Americans do not know is that many American Federal Agencies ALREADY operate as being merely IMPLEMENTERS of United Nations Regulations.
In effect, the basis for the authority of the Federal Agencies to operate has largely CEASED to be Congress, and has instead become the Bureaucrats at the United Nations.
That REMAINS True for USDA, and it also remains true for the FDA as well.
The Records clearly demonstrate that American Government officials are NOT concerned about preserving American Law, nor with Preserving American Rights either. On the Contrary, American Government Officials that work WITH the United Nations and WITH CODEX ALIMENTARIUS demonstrate an allegiance to the United Nations at the expense of American Citizens.
This is NOT by mistake, and later - we will also give examples of where the allegiance of the American Officials is being changed by REGULATION and STATUTES - to belong to the United Nations.
In Other words, when a Bureaucrat works for the U.S. Federal Government, more and more, they are in fact working for and under the Control of the United Nations.
By The Way, we are aware of one of the U.S. Federal Agencies issuing a Denial of [their involvement in] the Regulations of Vitamins and Supplements. As we will demonstrate, that denial was simply a lie, and designed to be misleading.
The only reason why Codex Alimentarius has not fully taken effect on Vitamins in the U.S. is because the bureaucratic Structure has not been fully established. For THAT reason, there is a small amount of time left in which to act.
