Here are a few facts to keep in mind about Codex Alimentarius:

1. Codex Alimentarius is part of the United Nations systems of Agencies.

2. Codex Alimentarius already controls LARGE sections of the World including the area of

Vitamins and Supplements.

3. Government Bureaucrats from the U.S. Federal Government do not believe in "the People". On

the contrary, most of them believe that people are stupid, and that they - the bureaucrats - know

better.

4. Government Bureaucrats like power and Codex Alimentarius means great "Job Security" for

them.

5. Codex Alimentarius is NOT about an actual book of regulations, but about a SYSTEM of

Control.

6. The Codex Itself - is made up of THOUSANDS of regulations of All Parts of the Food Supply

and the FOOD CHAIN, including the DISTRIBUTION FOOD CHAIN.

7. In other words, Codex Alimentarius is about Controlling the GLOBAL FOOD SUPPLY.

8. Codex Alimentarius Favors those largest corporations that are ALREADY international Global Food

Corporations.

9. Codex Alimentarius will Consolidate the Growth and Power of the Top Multinational

Corporations that deal in Food.

10. CODEX ALIMENTARIUS is being implemented with the HELP of MANY Departments of

the U.S. Federal Agencies. This is a movement that has already gained a great deal of momentum.

Hundreds of inspectors to police, patrol, monitor and control all aspects of FOOD

PRODUCTION, in all areas of the Planet.

The Delphi Technique (Psychological Manipulation) at Codex

The Delphi Technique was created to give a facilitator tools that would ensure control of the outcome of a group decision manipulating the group to think it was participating in the making of that decision. The Delphi Technique only works if the facilitator is able to destabilize anyone who might think independently of the group. To make Delphi work the group must not be permitted to align with a natural leader who could challenge the ideas of the facilitator.

Other aspects of implementing Delphi are to ask questions that divert the group away from core issues that many people might be concerned about. And, lastly, the group is driven to achieve "consensus" rather than voting on the issues. If a strong member of the group votes against the facilitator that person may sway the group, therefore, the facilitator manipulates the group into thinking consensus is being reached. Of course, facilitators always manage to manipulate the consensus to their own ends. I was unfamiliar with this psychological manipulation method until I went as a delegate to the meeting of Codex Alimentarius in Bonn.
