I am having trouble downloading the ebooks. It starts downloading the header then it stops. Also by pressing the right mouse button I don't find the "save as".

Is there any other way of downloading the files?

It is good that you contacted us.

There are many options to assist you in order to make the Ebooks work for you and your situation and circumstances.

Standard Disclaimer concerning matters about help in Downloading :

The short answer is that this will mostly depend on your persistence. The more persistent and patient you are, the easier it will be to work with you through the various instructions and questions. It seems a bit silly to suggest to others that they be "patient". And it is not personal since we do not know the person who writes to us yet. But it is good for people to have to stop and realize "this may take some time" and "there will be steps that I will have to follow" before beginning. Some people want instant solutions.

We have good and fast solutions, but not "instant" solutions. 99% of the problems have to do with the individual internal settings that are found inside the computer of those who write to us. The question then is to find the solution for each individual person. We encourage you then to give us feedback and continue to contact us.

Also believe that we are sincere when we say 1. keep trying and 2. give us feedback (which means write back to us and tell us what happens). We have no problem being direct. If we did not want to hear from clients, customers and downloaders, we would simply not allow for feedback. In our case, we SOLICIT and we ENCOURAGE feedback. We have to say all of these things, because if we do not, then people do not know how we feel about being of help. We are very willing to be of help, and we already understand some of this will take time. That is ok. We know the products. Some of these take a bit of time to understand so they will work right. Every user and every computer is a bit different.

But it is worth it to take the time to figure out how they work, and after they are opened, then opening the rest in the Future - becomes much easier.

Continuing on to your specific situation:

What you describe could be happening for a number of reasons.

We will try to address some of the more common reasons.

Hopefully, the following should ALREADY be true:

a. you did receive the 3 letters of instructions.

c. you followed them as best as you could

d. you downloaded the plug-in for your Adobe PDF Reader

e. After the plug-in was downloaded, you opened your personal PDF Registration File that was sent to you in "Instructions - Part B"

All those steps are important. If you skipped any of those steps, it would be difficult for you to open the Ebooks.

The question is: Did you open your personal PDF Registration File, and if you did, what did it say ?

That is important, since being able to accomplish those steps succesfully helps to eliminate other issues.

Next: It appears as though you are not actually "downloading" the Ebooks.

Downloading is actually the process of transfering a copy of the Ebook Files from our computers to your own.

Opening an Ebook in a Browser is not usually identical to "Downloading" until you save the Ebook or PDF file Downloaded into your own computer.

If all you do is that you click on an Ebook directly, what happens is that your browser usually never gives you the chance to actually download your own copy into your computer.

Instead, the computer supposes that you want to open the Ebook "Instantly" and then tries to do this from within your browser. Usually, that process fails when using these Ebooks because - by clicking on the Ebook instead of using the "Save File as" or "Save Target as" - you are asking your computer to:

2. Start Adobe PDF at the same time

3. Access the contents of the Ebook

4. Access the clearance mechanism of the Ebook (which allows you to open the Ebook)

5. Integrate the Adobe Reader into you browser but have it display in a browser windows.

When you try to open Ebooks inside your browser, you are asking your computer to do too much at once, too integrate too many programs and too many requirements at once. The computer tries but is not able to do this. So it keeps trying, and the result is that either your computer or mouse "freezes", or your browser does.

Not all Ebooks can open in your browsers.

Some Ebooks can do this but many cannot.

Some browswers can do this but many cannot.

Some customers know the details of both Adobe and their browswer, but most people just want to use the browswer and don't know all of the steps for "total functionality"

You may recall that in Instructions- Part B, we said Do NOT open the Ebooks in your browser. If you have trouble with your computer, or mouse or browser "Freezing up" , now you know why we said not to do this.

There are 2 ways to download the Ebooks:

1. Find the links in the email we sent Instructions- Part C, and download from those links.

2. Go BACK to the Free Ebooks download page, and find out if your computer will allow you to download using the "Save Target As" command, which is a menu that should appear when you "right-click" on your mouse.

The point about using the "Save Target As" command is to SEPARATE the Downloading - (or transfer of the Ebook into your computer) - from trying to open that same Ebook.

Hopefully, the idea is to

1. Download it FIRST, and

2. THEN, to work on opening it separately, WITHOUT the browser, but using your Adobe Reader.

Doing things this way, usually makes the process MUCH easier.

Let us try something that should be entirely Easier, if you still have trouble. We are going to suggest a DIFFERENT Ebook for you.

It is Entirely Free, and it does NOT require Registration.

(whether you read it or not is totally up to you. Our only concern is that you are able to Open it.

IF you can open it, then that tells you that your computer CAN open our Ebooks and that should encourage you to keep working through the process)

Why you are not able to find the "Save Target As" command.

In some cases this is because of your computer.

In other cases, this is because of your BROWSER.

In other cases, it may be because of YAHOO Mail.

In some case, we have found that Yahoo mail does not always like to offer downloading options in the emails going through their system. So the command on the mouse, when you "right-click" actually fails to appear, because Yahoo actually is disabling that command.

That is why when this happens, we do encourage you to write to us and tell us, BUT ALSO to go back to the initial Free Ebooks Page, at

and there try and see if your "Save Target As" command works on your individual mouse.

At least, using that method (after you have received the Sets of Instruction Emails from us) - you should be able to download, unlock and open the Ebooks, provided you have received your individual "Registration PDF".

Be sure you try these steps FIRST, because the first thing we will do is send out these instructions, and then ask if you read them and followed what they said.

But if you followed the instructions, and are among the 1 % that still have trouble, then DO contact us. The worst thing to do is simply to Stay Stuck or to Stay at an impass.

That does not help you, and it does not help us, and it does not help us to know how to work with you. So take a small risk and write to us.

Issues of Downloading Procedures or Methods

Some of your Ebook Pages seem to have a process for "Instant Download" where the Ebooks seem to be instantly available after payment by Paypal. Obviously, the person is taken to the link when the Paypal system finished processing the payment and approving the download.

But Other Ebooks, or other Ebook Pages, tend to indicate that the Ebook Links for download are Sent to each person, after the payment has been made at Paypal.

So my question is: 1. Which is it or 2. Does this mean that BOTH OPTIONS are available at the same time on your website ?

The answer is that BOTH options are available. Our first goal is to continue to upload Ebooks as fast as we can, so that this will speed up the options and the downloads.

It does not really matter which option it is, because anyone who makes the payment and pays by Paypal STILL must obtain their own personalized Registration PDF in order to use the Ebooks.

So if they are taken to the link for the Ebooks, yes the Ebook can be downloaded. However, it only opens for those who already have obtained that Registration PDF. THAT is why we ask people to go ahead and download the FREE Ebooks (PDF) often first, so that this clears their computers through our system and verifies that they are able to download, open and use the Ebooks.

IF you can download and open the Free Ebooks, then you will be able to download and use the other Ebooks that are available for sale.

The Best option is for those who have

A. Already downloaded the FREE Ebooks,

B. Already written to us by email and requested their Registration PDF (which is FREE - obviously)

C. Already can know by experience that the Ebooks and Downloads will work for their Particular Computer

The Registration process basically is accomplished once for your computer. Once this is done, you do NOT have to go through the process again - and then from that point on, you can download either the Ebooks for sale, or the New Free Ebooks, but then they automatically open in your computer.

We Still must send the Registration PDF to you, so instant download works best for those who have

been already cleared and authorized (which is pretty easy, since it only takes an email, and we already provided the Cut & Paste statement that anyone needs to confirm to us).

Why do you need an email address from me ?

We need an email address to make sure that you are not a computer system trying to hack our systems. We need an email address where we can respond so that we can notify you in case of changes that we make to our own system in rare instances. We also need an email address so that we can verify that you actually can receive the information that you are requesting from us.

It is amazing that we have people who request that we send them free information and that they are registered.

So we go ahead and process their request, we then try to email them, and their own email system rejects the emails because of their firewalls.

We have one customer from Latin America who writes to us and requests that we help him about once every 6 weeks. We write back to him and have many times, and each time, his system rejects our email, even though he probably thinks we simply do not care, and have not answered him.

We sometime write back to people and ask them what the date is that they are mailing, or if they have a preference for a category of books. What matters is simply that we know that the answer is original and NOT computer generated.

What about AOL or other large ISP ?

The Important thing to remember is that they sometimes have Firewalls that filters out our Instruction Emails to you.

But so long as you are paying attention to receiving email from us, or you can look in the Bulk Mail folder - that shoudl not be a problem. We do not email you from the SAME email address, since that results in too much spam for us.

But you can usually tell the email is from us. IF not, write to us at the email address on our website, and we can confirm that we also use different email address for the Tech Support Dept.

Only as much as you do. You can send in your name or you can assign yourself a name if you want. Just don't become confused if we call you by a name, and then you might not remember what you decided to call yourself.
