International Law and International Treaties will affect the personal Lives of each American - unless you take steps to prevent this

 

The United States is moving very fast from American Constitutional Law to a different system of law called Treaty Law and/or International Law. It does not matter whether you agree with this or not. No one is going to take your opinion into account - As an American - unless you are involved in making your voice heard and your views known to your Representatives and Congressmen (generic). 

If you are not monitoring how your congressmen vote, if you are not calling or faxing them (faxing is best), if they do not think that you are paying attention, then they will not pay much attention to the documents either. However the treaties that the U.S. signs are binding on the U.S. and on its people. 

The New steps that people will start to see, is where International Law actually begins to take priority over Local Laws and the State Laws passed in the different State Legislators in the U.S.  THe Battle is not lost by any means. But with each layer of "Treaty Law" comes another layer of bureaucrats and government employees that will seek to restrict your activities, unless they agree to this. 

During the Bush Administration, thanks to MANY laws passed in Congress in the name of "security", the burden of proof has shifted from the Government to the People. What this means is that often, people are presumed NOT to be innocent until proven guilty, but instead are often presumed to be guilty UNLESS they prove their innocence. 

 

That kind of law - which makes the citizen prove his or her own innocence is called "Napoleonic Law". It is this kind of law that works in much of the Rest of the World. More specifically, most of the treaties that are part of the United Nations are usually designed under the constraints of "Napoleonic Law". 

The goal is to compel you to support the international treaties and bureaucrats, while the assets and wealth of the United States are transferred - through hundreds of government programs - to the United Nations and to the government of other countries. The result of this will be to weaken the United States and destroy the American Economy. 

Some very powerful corporations are in favor of this kind of wealth transfer from the American Economy to foreign Economies (such as China) because those corporations 

1) believe that they will have more revenue from other countries, and

2) can receive incentives, loans and grants from the U.S. Government for moving overseas. 

 

 

Many people understand these concerns but do not know how to research or find the Treaties that are binding the U.S. and are forcing Americans to surrender their economy, their rights and their countries to International Un-elected Bureaucrats. 

 

We have posted some of the Treaties and given you some of the names and numbers of the treaties and documents. We hope that you will take the time to read them and become more familiar with the contents of those treaties.
