If you have ALREADY TRIED TO DOWNLOAD from us (Read Below)
Help for those with GMail, AOL, or MSN Accounts who have trouble downloading
If you are having trouble downloading the Ebooks, the reason may be that you are using one of the following
services that offer Email:
Gmail
AOL
MSN
In those cases, any of those Email services can actively interfere with:
1) your email
2) the LINKS in your email or
3) your Email attachments [such as the PDF Files we send as part of the registration process].
The solution is to use a DIFFERENT email system for yourself, one that will NOT suspend, disable or change
the email links within the emails that you receive.
We have already advised people - by our instructions on the website - that using Gmail can cause problems.
Gmail settings can sometimes be changed, but you will waste a lot of your own time, by attempting to find
out where to make those changes. Some of the changes can be made to the Gmail program, but others need to
be made to your own personal settings inside your computer. Those who have the time will probably do that.
For the rest of us, we do recommend that you take 5 minutes and that you obtain a Free Yahoo Email account,
by signing up for it, at http://mail.yahoo.com. That is probably the fastest way. Then, using your new account, you can Cut and Paste your Request statement [which can be found on Page 1 of the Free Ebooks Page].

SAVE TARGET AS = your method for Ebooks & downloads
If you are STILL able to use the "Save Target As" command when you receive emails, and you are STILL able
to activate that command when you Right-Click on your mouse, you should be able to download the Ebooks.
If you Cannot use that command, then this command has been disabled in your email / or Gmail system, and you
need to either repair that and manually change your settings, or you need to obtain or use a DIFFERENT email
Account.

If you have ALREADY TRIED TO DOWNLOAD from us, and you have ALREADY been sent your Instructions,
and you have ALREADY received them, and now you understand that your computer or GMAIL was preventing you from downloading the Ebooks, you are welcome to contact us again, request to try again, and we will
be glad to send you the information you need. Here is what you may want to cut and paste, and send to us.

Dear Friends,
- I am contacting you because previously, I have already tried to receive your Ebooks.
- I am among those who previously provided you with an email address that did not work to download.
- I now DO have a DIFFERENT Email account that I think will allow me to use the "Save Target As" command when
I right-click on my mouse.
- I would like to try the download process once again. Please Send me the 3 Instruction Emails, and
the registration PDF, which I understand is specific to my Email address and to my computer.
- I understand that the instructions may be a bit different, because I previously will have opened my
registration PDF for my Different Email address, on my same computer. I understand that you may
ask me to download a Fresh copy of Adobe PDF Reader which is Free, or to reinstall the copy I have.
- I also understand that you may ask me some questions to confirm and verify that I have previously already registered
or requested the Free Ebooks, simply to make sure that you are not wasting your time with someone who did not receive
the previous email instructions that you usually send out to those who request the Free Ebooks.
- I understand that your Ebooks work best with Adobe Reader 5.1 or Higher, and as before,
- I also Agree to the Terms of Service. I understand that I must cut and paste this Entire Note, and that
I cannot simply say "send me ebooks". I understand you may have general questions or technical questions
to ask me in order to help me download or open the Ebooks. I understand that you will try to get back to me
within 24 to 48 hrs (sooner if you can). I am able to understand the English Language.

CHECKLIST FOR DOWNLOADS / EBooks
Thank you for your Interest, but I STILL Cannot understand how to download the Ebooks:
- Here is a checklist:
1. Do you have (or did you obtain at http://mail.yahoo.com ) an Email account which allows you to use the command
"Save Target As" when you right-click on your mouse ?
2. Did you actually CONTACT US by email and request your Free Ebooks ?
3. When you contacted us, did you actually CUT AND PASTE the Formal Request that we ASK EVERYONE to do,
and send that to us in the Email ?
4. IF you did this, did we either acknowledge your email or your statement or send you the Ebook Instructions ?
5. Did you find the Plug-in and Download it through the link that was provided to you IN THE EMAIL instructions ?
6. Did you find and download your specific individual PDF Registration that we sent to you ?
7. You have to actually open that Registration PDF. You cannot simply receive it but not open it.
8. If you were able to open the Registration PDF, you are able to download and open the Ebooks.
9. In the EMails that we sent to you, did you actually find the Links for the Ebooks that we included ?
10. Did you click on those using your mouse, (right-click) and use the
[PLease Note: if you simply clicked on the links because you were in a hurry, and you figured that
"Save Target As" did not apply to you for some magical reason, what actually happened is that instead of downloading the Ebooks FIRST, and THEN trying to open them, You did the reverse:
By clicking simply on the links, you tried to OPEN THEM BEFORE you downloaded them.
Did the following happen: ....NOTHING ?
Did you simply find that your browser froze up, your system became paralyzed and you could not do
other things ? That is what usually happens, when people do not follow the instructions (sorry but that is true).
What happens is that your browser TRIES to comply,
but it cannot because it is not ready to receive the LARGE Ebook files.
It keeps trying and while it is trying, your computer cannot do other things. IF - in addition to this - you download the Ebooks
but you have not yet received the Email instructions, this means that you have not yet opened Your Registration PDF.
The result is predictable: Because you click on the Ebook links - INSTEAD OF right clicking on the Save Target As, the
browser incorrectly tries to do what you asked it to do. Even if you are able to finish and receive the download, your computer
cannot open them without your Registration PDF being activated. So your computer has frozen, and now you are really stuck,
and not even (usually) able to come and read this page, all because you did not use the "Save Target As" command.
we offer the instructions for a reason. We ALSO would like everything to open
magically.
But since that cannot happen, please receive and follow the actual instructions that we send to you. ]

Thank you for contacting us,
We don't like to reply to people who cannot read to begin with.
If you - on top of this - have trouble following instructions, you delay our ability to help you.
Words exist to communicate concepts. When you SKIP words, it turns out that Instructions NO LONGER make sense.
If you have to read the same emails from people all the time because they simply are LAZY and
do NOT take the time to actually read what they are supposed to, how would you Like to do that over and over ?
Just how many times, each day, would you actually enjoy doing this ? One hundred, Two hundred times ?
How many weeks would YOU find it enjoyable to do ?
And after how many Emails would you be kind of terse, testy, or annoyed ?
So some days you have good days or some days you do not. Others have the same issues.
If you want to pay $ 50.00 an hour for professional consultations, we can do this.
Maybe though instead, we can just try to keep helping those with questions.
That IS what we are here for.
But people are scared frightened, frustrated that they have a problem and not sure that they can actually ask
questions. So they don't want to risk. Learning means taking a risk.
We are not here to mock people. we are here to help them !
But we should not have to convince people that WE are sincere.
Christians have trouble - BASIC trouble with the concept of accepting HELP these days.
The first half of Christians have trouble being HUMBLE enough to ASK for help.
They have trouble admitting that they need it.
So... people in Tech Support know you need help. What a shocking discovery that is.... to a Tech. Dept.
The Other half of Christians are weak and dishartened (discouraged). They already know they are weak, but
they are afraid to believe in anything, even in the effort of others to help them, or in the sincerity of the offer.
These are the Christians who have spent their adult lives in sad Churches filled with fakes who have not
been any real help to them. They have only recently figured this out, but are still not sure where to turn.
News Flash: Christians HELP other Christians (and help non-Christians also, obviously).
So Stop being afraid to ask, get rid of the attitude that you have trouble accepting help, agree to start
communicating and answering questions, understand that we may ask several technical questions and that
the process may take time, make a commitment to TAKE THAT TIME because YOU are worth it.
You have to believe God when He says that YOU are worth Effort and investment from others.
Christians often have trouble with this (especially in the West) because they do NOT BELIEVE GOD.
You must believe God about His Love for you. Tell God you are sorry for not believing Him. Ask Him to help you.
And now that
you have done that, contact us again, and we WILL try to help you.
(Ok, we actually like people...and we are here to help...some times we have to seem a bit more serious to
get people to WAKE up and pay attention...we are on your side).
