This page is provided in order to assist those who WANT to download our Ebooks but have
a bit of trouble with the process. This page is mostly for Windows XP and Vista users.
This page supposes that you do NOT have great familiarity or practice with Downloading Ebooks or with the Internet. As with most things, the key to being helped is 1) patience and 2) practice.
Some of these steps may not apply to every computer. You can decide which steps apply to you and which ones do not.
In order to receive help with the ebooks, please remember that when the Ebooks are opened, you must be connected to the Internet in order for the Ebooks to confirm that you an authorized user.
This webpage ALSO supposes that you ALREADY have received the 3 to 5 emails that we send out to you, after you request your Free Ebooks, (3 to 5 emails depends on which computer system you are using).
This webpage ALSO supposes that you ALREADY have received your PDF REGISTRATION sent to you in PART B of the Instructions. (You need the Registration PDF to unlock and use the Ebooks).

To Click on or NOT to click on the Links.
Very Quickly, here is the rule:
When you want to go a different webpage, then find the link, and Yes, you SHOULD CLICK on it.
When you find the Ebook Link that you want, you should NOT click-on it right away.
Instead, you should place your mouse arrow OVER the link, and RIGHT-CLICK on your Mouse.
We will say more about that in a moment, but it is important to make [note] the difference between:
1. Links that take you to websites and web pages, AND
2. links that will start the downloading process for Electronic Books (ebooks).
Those are NOT the same procedures (even though they look like it). We will share (a bit further down)
how to download and receive Ebooks into your computer.

We will run through a few details to make sure that your computer is ABLE to receive the Ebooks.
Downloading is the process of receiving INTO your computer, the electronic Book that you have requested.
IN order for a download to work, to unlock or to open, your computer must receive ALL of the Ebook.
Most Ebooks and PDF files have a "end file" system which means that if you download only 98% of the Ebook, you still cannot open it. You must receive the ENTIRE Ebook.
Do you have firewalls ?
XP often has firewalls (security) installed, and that can
prevent the Ebooks from opening.
In order to be able to use the Ebooks, you would need for
Adobe PDF Reader to be able to access the Internet, while you try to open them.
Do you have ADOBE READER (FREE) for PDF ?
Download new and previous versions of Adobe Reader at:

Opening the Ebook as you receive it, or Opening the Ebook ONLY AFTER you have received ALL of it.
We cannot stress this enough, if all you do is to CLICK on the link, you are actually telling the computer to open that Ebook instantly.
But many of our Ebooks are on the larger side. That means that you are asking your computer to handle a huge amount of information all at once, and computers usually cannot do this, so what happens is that your system becomes paralyzed, it freezes, the commands no longer respond, and your computer screen refuses to do anything else.
Actually what is happening is that your computer is overloaded by trying to comply with your request that it not only receive the Ebook, but that it would open it all Instantly and Right Away.
So, simply clicking on links for our Ebooks (even with the links we send in the Emails) is NOT very smart.
(don't take it personally, its just a sign of those who are new with computers).
IN order to open the Ebooks, you must be a bit patient, you must learn how to DOWNLOAD and receive ALL of the Ebook INTO your computer BEFORE you try to open it.
We do NOT recommend that you open our Ebooks into your browser. Doing this adds another step to the downloading process and now forces your browswer to work with the other systems. That only complicates matters.
It is much more effective to Download and Receive the Ebook entirely into your computer, and then start up your Adobe Reader first, AND THEN find the Ebook you just downloaded and click on it (After you have downloaded it entirely and completely).
Do you know how to download Ebooks (PDF) that do NOT require Registration ?
Every browser has settings that can be individualized.
Have you checked to make sure that you can download
Ebooks ?
You should be able to download, that is to bring in OTHER PDF
Ebooks into your computer BEFORE you open them. We would recommend that you
practice this step, AND that you make sure that those can be opened.
We recommend that you practice downloading with those first.
In order to practice downloading PDF Ebooks that CAN be
opened instantly (which means After you have
downloaded them and completely received them INTO your computer), we
recommend that you go to our website and download a Free Ebook, that does NOT
require registration.
In this manner, you can verify the status of your mouse, hopefully find the
command to be able to right click and find "Save Target As", and then download
you Free copy of the Ebook. This can be found here:

Simply go there, find the link under the picture, RIGHT CLICK on your MOUSE, Chose "Save Target As", tell
the computer where to place the Ebook (maybe in My Documents) and click OK.
(We care that you CAN download and open it. Whether you read it or not is up to you.)
Spyware and Adware
If you cannot download the Entire Ebook because it is being constantly interefered with by Spyware or Adware, Stop, wait awhile and try again. If your computer connection is on-again off-again several times per minute, that is a sign that your system either 1) is being attacked or 2) already has spyware / adware within it.
Spyware programs that attack each computer are a sad part of daily life on the internet. The solution to this
are:
Anti-Spyware programs, and
Anti-Adware programs.
Be careful about those programs because sometimes the Anti-Spyware program is ITSELF a spyware program.
Menus do not appear when they should for your mouse, and
the links also do not seem to be behaving correctly in some instances.
Often when that happens, that is an indication that you have spyware or adware
on your computer. All of the dozens of silly spyware programs all want to report
back to their programmers, therefore they constantly interfere with each other
and with whatever else you are doing.
You might need to get rid of them by getting a program called
Spybot Search and Destroy. (It is an old
standby, but it has been updated pretty recently)
That program can at least tell you whether you have spyware or not, and it will usually get rid of the spyware.
(Spybot Search and Destroy 1.5 is fairly good. Another option is the
Anti-Spyware program called Webroot
Spysweeper but it is not
usually Free, but available online or at a local computer chain store.)

We recommend you run Spybot 1.5 first and THAT may tell you a lot about your
computer. Then when you have made sure that there is no problem with spyware,
THEN proceed with the other tasks in here.
YOUR KEY TO COMMUNICATING WITH THE OUTSIDE WORLD: YOUR COMPUTER MOUSE
Lets review the basics:
We presume you are using a Windows XP system.
We presume you have a mouse.
We presume your mouse has 3 buttons - 1 big one and 2 small ones.
You would have to click (usually) on the RIGHT (or UPPER RIGHT) button of your
mouse.
when you do, you receive a DIFFERENT MENU of commands,
one of those commands is "Save Target As".
So you would hover or stop on the link and then use your mouse to "right click,
or click on the upper right button of your mouse, in order to have that command
"Save Target As" to be available.
Right-Clicking on your Mouse and finding the command "Save Target As"
(right mouse click over the link and then click ‘save target as’)
You should make sure that your mouse DOES have that menu
command "Save TARGET AS".
You can google this or find out more about that command on the net, but it is
pretty important. Sometimes it is not the computer but the actual programing
that is done for your specific mouse. Also, there is a menu in your
"system" file under settings,
that does provide options for which menus to call up when you are using your
mouse.
There are many help pages (for Free) on the net that explain these steps and
also show a step by step process. Maybe type something like:

in google and find some of the results that help.

All Windows Computers allow the user to right-click and find a menu on their
mouse that says "Save
TARGET AS".
If you cannot do this on your computer or using your computer mouse, You may
want to find a different computer in your house, start it up and try to
right click on that DIFFERENT mouse. That may bring up the menu we
are referring to, AND it would give you an idea of what to look for.
What Can I do if my settings YESTERDAY (or earlier) allowed me to download and "Save Target As", but now they no longer do ?
If you are using an XP, you may try rolling your computer settings back.

When your computer
mouse refuses to display the "Save
TARGET AS" command
There are 2 potential situations where a computer mouse does NOT display the "Save Target As" command
when someone right clicks on a mouse. The short answer is when a different program or system is affecting or
changing the settings for your mouse.
Some computer systems or programs do this automatically.
Two computer programs that MAY sometimes disable the "Save TARGET AS" command
are:
1 .GMail with Google and/or
2. MS Outlook (Email program for MS)
When a) EITHER one of these is used or when b) BOTH of these are used, the command "Save TARGET AS"
may be disabled.
Obviously, if the "Save Target As" command does not display in your computer, it will be hard to start the downloading or
to receive Ebooks, as long as the links are sent to you by EMail.

A) Solution 1
1. Go back to the Free Ebooks page, located at:

2. After you have received the instructions by email, instead of downloading using the last Email (part C), return
instead to the Free Ebooks page and download some of the Ebooks there, directly using "Save Target As".
if you use this procedure, Gmail will NOT be a factor, and neither will MS Outlook since they are not needed to download
or use the Free Ebooks Page.
B) Solution 2
Switch Email programs. Simply switch to a different Email program such as Yahoo Mail.
Yahoo Mail can be found at: https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_verify2?&.src=ym&rl=1
In order to use the Yahoo Mail, it is FREE, it does NOT require any software, It does not need MS Outlook, and it does NOT disable your Mouse Commands.

Transmitting or sharing these Ebooks to others: Send them all here for their own Ebook downloads.
These Ebooks cannot be transmitted or shared by computer or email. Anyone is
welcome to download them for the purposes of using them as an individual.
Sharing or copying them simply disables the Ebooks.
The Ebooks must be unlocked individually, and THAT can only be accomplished based on:
1. your individual Registration PDF (which we send to you), and
2. your individual Email Adress (we encourage you to obtain a Free email account at Yahoo by going to

Some people are interested in helping large groups or churches, or study groups or student groups. We do offer most people a way to make our ebooks available to ALL members of a group. However, in order to accomplish this, all members of the group would have to be able to download or receive the ebooks INTO their own computers individually.
IF all of the members are NOT computer proficient, a possibility is for them to obtain laptops, and then a person in the group can be designated "Technical Assistant". They can then help all of the other members to download and open the Ebooks. We will work with you as best as we can.

- not to us or to the Ebooks that we offer. The Foreign Language Versions of Either Firefox Browswer OR Adobe Reader CAN HELP you to
1) Download or
2) understand the MENU (choice of commands) offered in the Ebooks.
But our Ebook Content, meaning the actual pages that you see or read INSIDE the PDF READER are AUTONOMOUS and INDEPENDENT of the MENUS or the LANGUAGE that the PDF READER is offered in or used in.
If you have - for example - a PDF Reader that operates in ENGLISH using ENGLISH Menus, you can STILL download the SPANISH Ebook, and simply read the SPANISH on that Ebook Page. THe same would be true of Latin or Ancient Greek or other languages. (The Browser language OR the PDF Ebook Language does NOT affect the Internal content of our Ebooks, unless you are dealing with Chinese Characters in a very Few Instances, and even then would not affect the content of the Ebook only what is written in the postscript or afterword)
