Welcome to the year 2008
This Year, some of you will graduate.
This year some of you will decide to be soldiers for Christ.
This year some of you will decide to actually take your commitment to the Lord seriously.
This year some of you will decide, because you WANT to be committed to God, that you have to get this issue of Bible Versions settled.
This year some of you will decide that it is HARD to build a relationship with God, from versions where you are constantly asking yourself the question:
Did He really Say THAT ? Did He really MEAN that ?
Does God really expect me to do THAT ?
If your perspective on Bible versions is unstable, then don't be surprised that your spiritual life is Un-stable. Some of you think that 2008 is the year to play around,
decide that you don't have to care about God, and that you can do your own
thing. Are you in for a rude shock !!
We don't wish harm on anyone. We only wish everyone the best. But how the
U.S. can pursue - the policy of actually carving up Israel like a Turkey, (which accelerated starting in 2005 when Ten Thousand Jews were kicked out of their homes onto the Streets, and [ in2006]
Happened again) and
giving more and more pieces to Palestinian Arabs, even though Arabs already
have Five Hundred times the amount of Land that Israel represents - (not to mention Condoleza Rice working with the Vatican plan to control Jerusalem) - without
thinking that God is going to notice this... and take actions against Nations
that go against what God literally said in the Old and New Testaments about
protecting His people.
God gives people time to repent. Many Christians should use this time to get
serious about God. When hard times come, there is no "time to prepare".
All you will be able to do, is live with the Personal, Mental and Spiritual
preparation you have ALREADY made. Its all fine if you are for the Rapture.
But just because you think its going to happen, does not mean that
there is not going to be some rather tough times ahead BEFORE the Rapture.
The Policies and behaviors of most Christians in the U.S. demonstrate that they
are not very serious about the God they claim to love. God teaches us that we
are supposed to love HIM ABOVE all else. That is pretty hard to do, if you
are spending Eight Hours a day watching Cable TV, or five hours getting
adrenalin rushes from Video Games every day. God does not care about
your age. God cares that you love Him. If you love Him, and take HIM
seriously, God will take you seriously.
Some people - many - this year - will wake up and wonder:
IF I am a Christian,
Why doesn't my life have a spiritual power ?
Why don't I have any spiritual strength ?
Why don't I have stamina ?
Why am I not interested in loving God more ?
What is so important about God anyway ?
IF I am a Christian and I actually behave like one,
then God may ask me to make a serious commitment.
What is NEWS to you about that ?
IF you are a Christian by Any standard, God has called you
to make a serious commitment to Him.
(Some of you are actually wondering if you will have the Internal Strength
to finish reading this pages. If you think that This is hard, how are you
going to be able to stand for Jesus ? You do remember...that He DIED
for you...right ?)
Think you will fall flat on your face ?
Don't worry. You will.
Now when you do, turn around, get up
keep on going and Try Again, and again, and again.
There is no cavalry. YOU are the Cavalry,
and the only one you can count on is God,
IF you take the time to get to know Him.
For Christians, God is supposed to be the MOST important
person in your life. Some of these Christians...can easily tell
that their other "Christian" friends are not committed to God in the least...
And so then what ? You think those same people, who couldn't care less
about God, are now going to be committed to you ?
How long do you think that their commitment is going to last ? If you allow
your friends to keep you from your relationship with God, it means that you
are valuing your "friends" MORE than God.
Those of you who think this is the end times, already understand that
you need to get serious about God. You had better change your mind,
and IF you think that you are not saved, you probably aren't.
In that case, the Myth is that you are saved.
IF you have to ask the question, what does that tell you ?
For those of you who have just figured out that these are NOT normal times,
and most global situations are about to get more serious, (which they are),
You know that being in Heaven is not far from now (that concept always
scares those who do not know God. Here you are talking about YOUR
experience of being in Heaven, but they are scarred to hear you talk about
it) [Solution here]. So if Heaven is closer than most people think, that
means that you are going to wake up and somehow conclude:
That you have sat and done very little for God in your life,
except ignored Him and taken Him for granted.
Now you are about to deal with the Eternal World, (after the Rapture)
and this means that you are going to face Eternity with the
spiritual results of what you have ALREADY done for God, while you
were down here.
Have you wasted the time God gave you ?
Did you forget that God is the one who gives you the air you are breathing
right now ?
Its not a guilt "trip". Its just a fact. Either God is serious about Eternity,
or God does not care. Since God wrote a 1500 page book to tell us
about Spiritual matters, (the Bible) this tends to suggest that God cares a lot about
Eternity and spiritual matters. Most Christians around the world are
already persecuted. Just WHO do you think does not know this ?
What do you think ? Do you think that the technology or laws being passed to affect
Other Nations are NOT going to affect You ?
Do you still think that we will have the same country two years from Now ???
The situation gets worse almost every day of every month.
Yes, people get saved, yes people become strong, and Yes
their circumstances continue.
So use this Year - 2007 - Make a Deep
and personal Commitment to God.
(Get Saved, believe God, and ask Him for the Forgiveness of your sins if you have not),
And Support Strong Christians.
Support Strong Christian Ministries.
No ministry is perfect, but support the ones who make the effort.
Support a local church that is good (when you can find them, in the midst of Apostasy). Stop depending on others to make the decisions for you.
If you are in a Church that is spiritually weak or that preaches false doctrine,
then LEAVE it and find ways to strengthen your spiritual life.
(some people mistake their relationship with CHURCH - with their
relationship with GOD).
Don't expect the World to approve of what you do. The closer you are to God,
the less the world is going to approve of you. Make a commitment to read your New Testament on a serious, and consistent basis every day. Decide to take your spiritual commitment seriously.
Start being a reader. Reject false teaching. Equip your mind. Stop being afraid of learning to think for yourself. Turn off your world of instant gratification, and find the things that will equip you spiritually and give you spiritual strength and endurance needed.
God gives Each Christian the ability to learn to be very strong spiritually and to learn to depend on Him. Your life is what you make of it.
The record of your life is the result of the thousands of decisions
you have made in your life, until now.
No One is trying to scare you. We are saying these things because we are concerned about you and your spiritual walk, even if you are a Christian. If you are a Christian, we CONTINUE to be concerned about those that the Lord brings to this website.
Whether you are a man or woman, whether you are a New Christian or an Old One, God has a personal plan for your life. The key is to learn how to understand God, learn how to Follow God and learn what God's plan for your life truly is.
(and the good thing is that the More extreme that Christians become, they are
extremists in LOVE and HELPING their fellow man)
Be sure that the rest of the decisions you make, is based on the necessary spiritual investment that all Christians are called by God to make.
