Preliminary

Preliminary: The main points of the following agreement are this: 

We agree to make available to you through Download, all 222 Volumes of Patrologia Latina (Migne) by PDF or Ebook format. You will receive the First Volume within seven (7) days of your complete payment, and you will receive the first 10 Volumes of Patrologia Latina within 30 days of complete payment of your order. 

Thereafter, every 30 days, you will receive at least another Ten Volumes of Patrologia Latina. We have 12 months to deliver the entire set in PDF or Ebook format of all 222 Volumes of Patrologia Latina to you.

What this means, in practice, is that some months we may deliver [i.e. make available for your download] only TEN VOLUMES of Patrologia Latina to you through PDF or EBook Downloads. 

Other months, we will make 20 or 30 VOLUMES of PATROLOGIA LATINA available to you for PDF or Ebook download. 

This gives us the right to decide how many volumes to make available to you every month, so long as:

1. We make available to you at least TEN VOLUMES per month, 

[please note:

TEN VOLUMES = (means) at least TEN THOUSAND PAGES of PATROLOGIA EVERY MONTH ]

and

2. ALL 222 (Two-Hundred and Twenty-Two Volumes) MUST be delivered to you within 12 months of your payment to us. 

This allows us to continue to make progress on delivering to you Many Volumes of Patrologia Latina every month, but it allows us to have the freedom to either accelerate or limit the amount of downloads of those who are in this program, in order to allow us to deal with the electronic, software and download situations that may arise. 

Please Keep in mind the following:

- We want to keep our customers happy. 

- We want you to have the Ebooks as fast, and as soon as possible.

- We want to work with you as much as we can. 

- We want to have the ability to serve you and work with you, as effectively as possible. 

We commit to make available to you the client, the entire collection of 222 Volumes known as Patrologia Latina, once we have received full payment, under the following conditions:

2. We agree to make the entire collection of 222 Volumes known as Patrologia Latina by Migne

available to you by download, over a Twelve (12) month period. 

Type of Delivery

3. Electronic Download - We agree to allow you to download the Patrologia Latina Collection as described here (the complete collection) for your personal use. We agree that we will issue to you your personal access codes for all volumes. 

Our Rate of Delivery

4. We agree to make available at least ten Patrologia Latina Volumes to you, every month, and we reserve the right to make available to you MORE than Ten Volumes per month, depending on our schedule.  

You Agree:

that upon our receipt of your payment in full, that you accept these terms and conditions, and that you agree to the following terms:

a. You agree that the license grants you not the ownership of, but the right to view all 222 Volumes of the Patrologia Latina Collection in PDF format. 

b. You agree to Not tamper with, break, alter, or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Electronic Mechanisms of the PDF files of any of the Patrologia Latina Collections or other PDF or Ebooks you obtain through us. 

c. You agree to not copy or deliver these Ebooks to any person other than yourself, and that these Ebooks or PDF are for your personal non-commercial use. As such you agree that although you may view them as much as you would like, in keeping with industry standards, these Volumes cannot be printed out without our prior written approval subject to liscence fees. (We are not issuing liscences at this time).

d. You agree that we will make available to you for download at least TEN VOLUMES of PATROLOGIA LATINA (Migne) each month in PDF or Ebook Format, and that we will deliver ALL 222 VOLUMES of Patrologia Latina within 12 months of your Payment to us. 

I, the customer, understand the English Language and the terms and conditions of this agreement. I agree to pay the sum of $ 999.95 and to receive the Entire Collections of 222 Volumes of Patrologia Latina with the conditions as set forth in this agreement.
