Q & A - Questions about the Roman Catholic Church

What is our position on Roman Catholicism and Roman Catholics ?

1.) We make a strong distinction between the formal institution of the Roman Catholic Church (the Vatican), and individual Roman Catholics.

2.) We believe in the right of Free Speech of everyone, and OBVIOUSLY that includes Roman Catholics.

3.)We believe in the right of Free Speech of all people of Faith, no matter what that faith or religion is.

We cannot agree that any faith should be censored if they do not agree with us.

4.) We may disagree with a particular faith, or the Tenets of a particular Faith, but we will STILL support your right to Free Speech, and your right to express your view and your opinion.

5.) Some people presume that if we disagree with their official Church, this must mean that we disagree with them individuallly. That is often NOT the case. In addition, many people think that their Church holds to positions that their same church has held historically. But that also is often NOT the case. Often, the Vatican - for example - has changed its mind on many doctrinal issues. The records of history prove or disprove what we affirm. Our goal is to be historically accurate. We do not claim to have all the answers, only to be trying to find those answers.

6.) We support your right to VOICE and VERBALIZE and EXPRESS your faith to any person you decide that you would like to talk to. We understand that those who want to stop Free Speech or censor Free Speech take their actions because they are afraid of being persuaded by the arguments being made or advanced.

Therefore any attempt to censor Free Speech is itself a recognition of a fear that the listener might be persuaded of some particular point of view. IN other words, Anti-Free Speech advocates REFUSE to trust the listeners to be able to make up their own mind, to exercise their own individual judgement about what to reject or what to accept.

7.) If arguments are incorrect, it should be met (responded to) on its own merits. The issue is the argument, not the messenger.

8.) We still have concerns about the Vatican. We STILL have concerns about whether or not the Vatican supports Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Thought and Freedom of Conscience. The Vatican record seems mixed on this point. The question is whether or not the Vatican has supported and helped the average person, the common man throughout its history.  In most cases, the Vatican seems to have supported the promotion of its own power often at the expense of the Individual.  We DO applaud the direction that the Vatican has been moving in the 20th Century.

But its pro-life policy seems to be recent compared to its past policies of the enforcement of repression. We understand that many Roman Catholics are themselves shocked and horrified by the actions of the Vatican in the past. We continue to have an interest in the Vatican of the past and in History, and hope that Roman Catholics will also have this same interest.

9.) We fully acknowledge that there are Millions and Millions of Roman Catholics who are PRO-Life, Pro human life, and pro-personal growth. We continue to be encouraged by this and trust that this will continue.

10.) We acknowledge that many Roman Catholics ARE also advocates of Free Speech and recognize that debates and conversations about Religion, God or the Vatican are conversations that SHOULD take place. Conversations, debates and discussions are a necessary and normal part of human discourse and the process of growth in all people.

11.) By way of explanation for Roman Catholics, we continue to call them ROMAN Catholics, as opposed to Catholics. Historically, the term "Catholic" simply means UNIVERSAL.

Hence the term Catholic Church means Universal Church, NOT "ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH". Therefore the designation of ROMAN Catholic, affirms that the Roman Catholics are PART of the UNIVERSAL Church.

12.) To whatever extent the Roman Catholics are part of the Universal Church, they are part of this as individuals. We cannot concur that someone is Christian or "Saved" merely because they have joined any particular denomination, whether the denomination is Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Baptist or any other denomination.

13.) The Determination of whether or not someone is truly saved is a determination that God alone can make. What makes a person a Christian is whether or not they follow the teachings of Christianity, and those are found in the New Testament and in the Old Testament. (Between 40% to 60% of the New Testament is the Old Testament requoted, depending on which of the Books of the New Testament one is referring to ).

14.) As much as possible, we try to use sources and documentation for whatever we state or conclude. That is not always possible, though it is possible in MOST cases. We try to concentrate on the larger issues or doctrines first, and then afterwards on "Secondary" issues.

15.) We affirm that each individual will be held individually responsible by God for what they believe or do not believe.

That statement sometimes frightens secular people. What do they have to fear, if they honestly believe that the God who exists in Heaven is a God of Love ? Maybe they know that God is both a God of Justice as well as a God of Love. However,  God specifically instructs all Christians to be LOVING to people, whether those people are Christians or not.  Christians do not always behave this way, even though they SHOULD behave in a loving manner.

But hopefully, the record of how Christians act is better than if there were no Christians on the Earth. Then again, if the Rapture (the snatching away of the Christians from the Earth) does take place, then people who really don't like Christians or God  - will have the chance to see what the world is like, with the absence of God and the absence of Christians.

Each person is held responsible for what they do believe. Some people are under the misconception that if a Priest tells them something, and they believe what the priest says, that God somehow would blame the priest in case of misinformation. The fact is that God instructs all Christians (and everyone else) to read and study their Bibles PERSONALLY and each person is held to account for what they believe and know and how the respond to God on an individual basis, as the Book of Romans (New Testament) Or the Gospel of John makes clear.

It is not the Priest who stands in front of God to account for what you believe, what you chose to believe, or what actions you take. You, individually, all by yourself, will stand before God - as all of us - will have to answer for what we believe. Therefore it is rather important that we decide what we DO believe for ourselves, and that we study to show ourselves approved of God, and that we are sure that our understanding is correct.

16.) Many secular people will find the circumstances of life on this Planet to be very disturbing. Many people will NOT have a sense of peace. They will have an inner sense of anxiety, of great fear and internal chaos. Only Jesus Christ can bring that sense of Inner Peace through His Holy Spirit. Salvation exists for anyone who wants it. It is FREE for the asking, literally.

17.) Many people are entirely unprepared for the great Chaos that the world and the U.S. also will see in the next decade. But these events are entirely predictable. If people remain asleep, do not protect their rights, are not paying attention to what their congressman or senators are doing, if people are not aware of the loss of their rights because of transnational corporations, if people do not learn how to protect themselves and become organized, then they will loose:

a. their country,

b. their national sovereignty and their national borders

c. their constitution and Bill of Rights

d. their right to Private Property

e. their right to travel on their own roads for FREE

f. their right to be Free from oppression of bureaucrats

g. their economy

h. their buying power

i. their national currency

j. their rights to even walk in the historic natural parks

k. their ability to have clean water available in their own neighborhoods

l. the right to be presumed INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty.

There are many forces that work to take rights away from most people on the planet. These same forces also work to trick people into surrendering their rights under the disguise of obtaining greater security. Those who Founded America warned that Eternal Vigilance was the price for retaining and keeping our individual freedom and liberty.

As you may be realizing, by the time the middle-class wakes up, that usually means it is too late to do much, since the Middle Class is almost always the LAST to know, almost never the FIRST to know about what is actually taking place.

Many people, millions upon millions, have been only too happy to ignore the social problems and keep on watching the football games and having a good time. Soon all of that is going to come to an end.

A country does not function by itself automatically. On the contrary. A country works well only when millions and millions of its citizens know what should be done, and take legal and constitional action to ensure that policitians stay honest and do the right thing. So many Americans have gone to sleep that they are waking up only to realize that most of the changes that they feared have already taken place. There is time to delay this, but not much.

Our point here is Apolitical. We are not specifically a political organization. Our point is simply to point out that these changes have been building up in society for a long time.

In responses to the changes around the planet, and because of where we are at in the Historical Time-line, the world is about to become MUCH MORE RELIGIOUS.

That may upset the secularists, that may upset those who want to pretend that they can ignore the religious or spiritual impulse of mankind, but ignoring religion or spirituality will NOT make it go away. The best outcome that secularists can hope for is that Religious people continue to try to garantee the FREEDOMs of Non-religious and SECULAR people.

We encourage ALL people to guard the Freedoms of everyone, INCLUDING the Freedoms of Secular people.

Religious people are usually far more sophisticated than secularists actually know. The lack of information and the lack of knowledge in this case is in the mind of the secularists who knows so little about Christianity and has studied so little on a firsthand or personal basis, that he only has his own great fears and anti-religious prejudices to inform him. That is unfortunate since it is Religious people who actually have the FIRST interest in safegarding Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Thought, and Freedom of Conscience.

Religious People are THE FRIENDS of the FIRST ADMENDMENT.

18.) However, while religious people DO understand the need to prevent NATIONAL and FORMAL STATE CHURCHES (the State Church of Greece or the Vatican Nation-State Church) from being part of the official government, spiritual and educated people recognize that Separating the Government from the bureaucracies of the National Churches does NOT mean separating God from Government.  The American system of governance was founded based on the PREMISE of the necessity of the involvement of Christians in government.

Many of the Founding Fathers attended Seminaries where Evangelical Pastors were exclusively trained. They understood only too well the neccessity of Christian people to be involved in Government. Those seminaries did have names: one was called Harvard, and another was called Princeton.

And requirements to ENTER into those institutions was a FLUENT knowledge of GREEK and LATIN. So, people today should not suppose that the Founding Fathers were ignorant of History. They understood it only too well.

19.) During this current (or soon to be) time period, God is going to give mankind the ability to direct their own lives and nations without His involvement. If the Rapture happens, then that will be the sign that this is what is taking place: man has said that he was to live his life without God, and God actually grants that request. At that point, the people of the Earth take over their own direction, and if either History or Prophecy is any guide, they promptly run their own ambitions and their own

self-worship straight into the ground. The position of Christians during this time (in addition to trying to help others when possible) is largely as bystanders and watchers, as they observe people engaged in rebellion against God.

Christians however, while they are here, will try to help POSITIVELY where they can.

[actually, if the Rapture happens, those who are left behind, will be instantly much worse off, though not for the reasons they think. The first problem will be a LACK of accurate information about what is taking place. IF the Rapture did take place, then obviously those who are NOT on the Earth would be the ones who have NOT understood what was going to take place. This has implications for everyone: what this means is that at the moment when people understand that the RAPTURE was 1. actual 2. real and 3. literal, that the very people who could provide the best or most accurate information - about the event - will be those who are gone. Predicably then, those who stayed behind are the ones who did NOT have the right understanding, or the correct interpretation.]

Most of the world will not understand this though, so they will rush to religious authorities, the same ones who have ALSO been left behind. Those religious leaders will then inform the world of nothing that would cause anyone to doubt them or their own authority. Therefore the people of the world are likely to be deceived.

Would those false religious leaders have something to be concerned about ? There WILL STILL be explanations of what the Rapture or the Tribulation is about, but 99% of the material on the Web (the Internet) about this topic will disappear. It could be a question of censorship, but market-forces will take over before censorship is applied.

If the Rapture did occur, those who are Raptured (and would be then ABSENT from the Earth) are likely to be the same people who were predicting the occurence of the event. That would mean that all of those websites that discuss those events would NOT pay their bills to STAY on the internet, and their websites would therefore be shut down, and that information would therefore disapear.

Within 30 days of the Event of the Rapture (should it occur), Information about it on the web from anyone who participated in that event, will ALSO disapear, only through the economic market place.

SO the time to learn about that, for anyone who understands it is not good to ignore material where a book (the Bible) has a record of 100% accuracy when it comes to predictions of the future - is right now.

20.) After this period of great difficulty, then Christ (meaning JESUS CHRIST) does return to actually reign over mankind. That would be the ACTUAL HISTORIC JESUS CHRIST actually rulling and reigning, LITERALLY.

That is NOT a bunch of people who would rule "in the name of Christ". So secularists don't actually have much to worry about, (since some of them have phobias about Christians because of misinformation) - unless Jesus Christ actually himself comes back. But if that happens, presumably, to be a non-religious secularist in those times, would bring greater difficulties than simply the opinions of individual Christians, who are both positive and also pretty harmless.

21.) During this time period, millions of ROMAN Catholics will be where the other denominations in Christianity ALSO stand:

a) some will truly be in favor of Jesus Christ

b) some will only give lip-service to Jesus Christ (but actually oppose Him in their heart because they are not sincere)

c) some will have no problem being in opposition to God, their own denomination or personal or family history notwithstanding.

22.) This is a time of Great Spiritual Deception on the Earth.

Those who do not know History are likely to be much more deceived. Many people have been programmed to NOT study history (so that their ignorance can be taken advantage of), and soon by certain Wordwide Kings, that will be the case.

Those who do not know the History of Christianity (not to be confused with the history of the Vatican which is only a small subset of this) are also likely to be individually deceived.

Reading the New Testament (Start in the book of John if you have never read the New Testament) is the fastest antidote and way to remedy this.

Christianity is not something to be afraid of. Christians, true Christians, do NOT want to harm anyone else. AND Christians believe in the Commandment of God to try to NOT harm anyone else.

Secularists have worked hard to instill and program their students (at college) to have a fear of Christians.

99% of the information in those situations is simply mis-information. write to us and ask the questions, or write

to other Christians and ask them. [and find out for yourself how much you actually are willing to seek Truth instead of comfort or instant gratification].

We hope this clarifies our position on Roman Catholics, the socially turbulent times we are in, and where we stand. We will do our best to answer questions as best we can.  We continue to seek answers, and we also do offer Free Ebooks (PDF) [click here for page] to those who want to learn more about documented history.

Q & A - Questions about the Roman Catholic Church

"If what you are saying is true - about the New Testament Canon being established by the early Church prior to 325 A.D., then why does the Catholic Church always refer to the Council of Nicea of 325 AD, to suggest that they are the ones who decided what the N.T. Cannon would be ?"

-------

Because the Roman Catholic Church (The Bureaucrats, especially such as Bernard Law) is always looking for ways to establish its legitimacy, and perpetuate the illusion of its legitimacy.

By treating the Council of Nicea as though it were a device of the Catholic Church, the RCC (RCC = Roman Catholic Church)  gets to pretend that by 325 A.D., it was already an established Church Institutions with the trappings of power and temporal authority that came later.

This Church Council is the earliest one, making it appear - through modern literature - as though the RCC called this council. This is the same as suggesting that the RCC had the power to get this accomplished.

The Truth is very different. The RCC was the result of that conference. That is not a small point:

THe RCC was the OUTCOME of that conference, not its source.

IT took the manipulations of Eusebius and Constantine working together to use the Council of Nicea to attempt to establish its own base of influence. 99% of Those Pastors in 325 A.D.- (and we have their names in the Council Records) - who came to the Council of Nicea were NOT part of the Roman Catholic Church.

It was not the RCC that called for the Council of Nicea. IT was rather the Roman Emperor, and those Pastors who came did so in response to a Royal Decree. Therefore the power came from the Roman Emperor's decree, and not from the power of an hypothetical Roman Catholic Church already established.

In fact, almost all of the Church Councils were assembled not by the power of the RCC, but by the royal decree of the Roman Emperors. While the RCC did start to grow in power after the Council of Nicea, it was not until the time of Charlemagne in the 800s, (Charlemagne was deceived by the RCC) that the Catholic Church Hierarchy had enough temporal power to act on its own.

God and Independent Scripture believing churches were established thanks to the Apostles and their own work (in their own lifetime). ALL OVER THE WORLD AND THE ROMAN EMPIRE, long before the  Roman Catholic Church had any chance to begin to interfere with them. The Last Living Apostle of Jesus was John, and he lived to 95 A.D. That is decades and decades of work by the Apostles of Jesus Christ who established those independent Churches long before Constantine gave the Territory of the Vatican to the newly Tax-Funded State-Established Imperial Church of the Vatican.
