The short answer is that if you actually go through the process of explaining to them what they will face in the Tribulation, in case they do miss the Rapture, once they understand those facts, anyone who truly understood those events that will occur would RUSH to be saved, BEFORE the Rapture, and not joke about it. 

The people who say they will wait until AFTER the Rapture (when it occurs) can only have been either joking or deluded (about their salvation). The times of the Tribulation will make the Labor Camps of World War II seem like a picnic.

 

Just to be sure we are all on the same page, we will define the term: RAPTURE

 

Definition of the Rapture: The Rapture is when God decides to call those whom HE chose as the true members of HIS Church, to be WITH HIM in Heaven, in PREPARATION for HIS REIGN on Earth, which will take place AFTER the TRIBULATION, which is a period of SEVEN Years.    

The Rapture occurs when All the People whom God has recognized as being genuine Christians are taken AWAY from the EARTH, and meet Christ in the Air. At that point, those Christians vanish from the Earth and begin their new life with the one and only real Jesus Christ. IT is NOT a SECRET. THIS DOCTRINE WAS AFFIMRED plainly by PAUL and throughout the life of the Historic Church. But many Christians are so ignorant of their own Church History, that they know very little of the History of this Doctrine.  IN any case, the Rapture can ONLY take place to the extent that it is TRULY a Biblical and an ACCURATE doctrine.

IF it is NOT accurate, then it will not happen. However it should be pointed out that even those who oppose it, understand and agree that the Rapture itself DOES occur, EITHER

1) before or at the beginning of the Tribulation period, or

2) in the Middle of the Tribulation, or

3) at the END of the Tribulation.

The result is not difficult to find: the Church has always affirmed the Rapture, and Christians affirm this today as well.

 

The RAPTURE IS GOD"S LAST ACTION OF WITNESSING ABOUT HIMSELF, BEFORE MANKIND IS LEFT TO DEAL WITH THEIR OWN CLAIMS THAT THEY DID NOT WANT GOD IN THEIR LIVES. 

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE HISTORY OF THE PLANET, THOSE WHO WANT TO LIVE LIFE WITHOUT GOD, WILL FIND GOD ENTIRELY ABSENT ON PLANET EARTH. AND THERE WILL BE ONE CATASTROPHE AFTER ANOTHER. 

THOSE WHO CHOSE TO FOLLOW GOD AT THIS POINT (AFTER THE RAPTURE) WILL PAY A HEAVY PERSONAL PRICE, IN ADDITION TO WHAT HAPPENS TO ALL NATIONS. THOSE WHO REJECT GOD WILL PAY A MUCH WORSE PRICE. 

THE CHOICES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 7 YEAR PERIOD CENTER AROUND THOSE WHO ARE LEFT BY CIRCUMSTANCES TO CHOSE: EITHER CHOSE GOD AFTER THE RAPTURE AND PAY THE PRICE, or CHOSE THE FORCES AGAINST GOD AND PAY A PRICE FOR ETERNITY. 

AS THE SAYING GOES: ETERNITY IS A LONG TIME TO BE WRONG.

WHETHER YOU THINK GOD IS LOVING IS NOT THE POINT. IF YOU WERE GOD, YOU WOULD NOT JUSTIFY YOURSELF TO ANTS WHO HAVE NO INHERENT ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND YOU. DO YOU BLAME GOD ? 

WHEN IS THE LAST TIME YOU PERSONALLY EXPLAINED YOUR ACTIONS TO AN ANT (yes, an ANT, the insect) ???

GOD IS NOT OBLIGATED TO LOVE YOU OR US OR ANYBODY ELSE

GOD IS NOT OBLIGATED TO JUSTIFY HIMSELF TO YOU.

GOD WILL DO WHAT HE DOES WHETHER YOU AGREE WITH HIM OR NOT.

IF YOU THINK THAT YOU CAN BECOME GOD, THEN PLEASE PROVE IT AND DO SOMETHING ON A SCALE AS VAST AS THE GOD WHO ALREADY DOES EXIST. 

IT IS UP TO HUMANS TO ADJUST TO GOD. 

IT IS NOT UP TO GOD TO ADJUST TO YOUR SELFISH DESIRES or WANTS, NOR TO OURS.

GOD EXPECTS THAT THOSE WHO TRULY CARE ABOUT HIM, WILL SPEND TIME LEARNING ABOUT HIM.  

GOD LOVES EACH ONE OF US, BUT GOD HOLDS EACH OF US ACCOUNTABLE FOR OUR CHOICES. 

 

DURING THE TRIBULATION, IT IS THE CHOICES THAT PEOPLE MAKE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TRIBULATION THAT LOCKS THEM INTO A COURSE FOR THE ENTIRE SEVEN YEARS. 

THEN THEY SPEND THOSE 7 YEARS LIVING WITH...THE CHOICE THEY MADE ABOUT GOD. 

AND THAT IS BEFORE THEY THEN LIVE THE CONSEQUENCES OF THAT CHOICE OUT FOR ETERNITY. 

GOD'S MESSAGE IS THAT GOD IS GOD. HE WANTS ALL PEOPLE TO COME TO HIM. 

THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE SELF-SELECTED THEMSELVES OUT TO GO AGAINST GOD. 

A CHOICE NOT TO FOLLOW GOD is a CHOICE. 

A CHOICE TO TRY TO REMAIN NEUTRAL IS A CHOICE AGAINST GOD and AGAINST BELIEVING IN GOD. 

GOD REVEALS HIMSELF TO THOSE WHO TRULY SEEK HIM WITH ALL OF THEIR HEART. 

THOSE WHO DOUBT CAN SIMPLY READ THE NEW TESTAMENT. ALL OF THE INFORMATION IS IN THERE. 

(THOSE WHO GO THROUGH THE TRIBULATION HOWEVER, WILL NEED BOTH THE NEW TESTAMENT AND THE OLD TESTAMENT).

The Rapture is not A Pearl nor a Vision of a Pearl

The Rapture is NOT personal interaction with Angelic Beings, 99% of which is condemned by the Bible and Christianity. 

The Rapture is NOT an Altered State of Consciousness on Earth

WHAT THE RAPTURE MEANS TO THOSE WHO CALL THEMSELVES CHRISTIAN

 

 

We understand your reluctance to address what might be a secondary issue, which is the issue of the Rapture, when you could INSTEAD be concentrating on issues of the faith that are " more important".

 

 

It is true that in some quarters, the Rapture has sometimes been used to justify what seems to be 1) either an uncaring attitude about others or 2) an Uncaring attitude on the part of those who call themselves Christians, towards Jesus Christ.

 

 

 

There are those who use the Rapture as an "escape hatch" concept. But that reasoning only applies usually to 2 groups:

 

a) those who have not been sufficiently taught and instructed in the matter of the REST of Christian doctrine, and

 

b) those who do not care much about their own Faith, their own personal relationship with God.

 

In those cases, the real problem is not the idea of the Rapture, the problem is rather the lack of spiritual maturity. The problem is not the rapture, but rather the lack of individual commitment that particular (specific) self-proclaimed Christians has towards God.

 

In those cases, the problem is not the rapture but the lack of commitment that some Christians have towards God. 

That problem would exist in the life of that person, whether they believed in the Rapture or not.

 

After all, the Bible does not say, if you believe in the Rapture, THEN be dedicated, but if you do not, then do NOT be dedicated.

 

 

The Bible commands all Christians to be dedicated to God, regardless of whether they understand or accept the Rapture or not.

 

The central focus of the Rapture is not the Church but is rather what happens to the rest of the world during the time that the Church is absent.

 

The Tribulation is a unique period of time, unlike any other period of time on Earth. Man has been saying that he wants to run all things, and God finally gives him that chance. If the Church were around during that time, the Church would still be exercising restraint and spiritual influence. During the Tribulation, we know that it is man who who rules as the undisputed champion of his own inner urges and desires. In the first 3 ½ years, man rules on his own. At the 3 and ½ year point, Satan then takes over and continues to run

The global system that he established into its own demise.

 

 

But the Tribulation is about the Glory and Sovereignty of God, and how God does demonstrate His power in protecting the people of Israel, whom God has not abandoned nor forsaken. As Christians, we preach the gospel of Christ because it is accurate to do so, not because it is popular or appealing. Most people who were eternally lost did NOT particularly want to know about their own status. But informing them was Biblical and appropriate.

The point about the Rapture is not only to prepare the Church, but rather that the Church would be able to help prepare others, who are not yet believers. PART of that message is the proclamation ABOUT the Rapture BEFORE it occurs.

 

 

To predict something AFTER it has taken place is no evidence of insight.

 

 

For people to know about what the contents of the Bible are, BEFORE they occur is the precise point of PROPHECY. Disclosure of the Rapture is one of those issues that requires advance warning to others.

 

 

It is greatly irresponsible to misuse the information in the Bible to refuse to help others. When certain people use the concept of the Rapture as an exit strategy, that may mean in SOME cases, that they are not committed to trying help others. That is a particularly AntiChrist attitude.

 

 

The Bible is the provision of Gods information TO US, ON PURPOSE so that we COMMUNICATE and SHARE that information with other people.

 

It is not designed to be kept to ourselves. The idea that people would use the concept of Prophecy as an excuse for selfishness or lack of commitment to others is particularly eggregious. It would be wrong to behave in that manner.

 

 

Where there are people who do this and who CONTINUE to CALL themselves Christians, the solution is usually simpler than most of us might wish: Where the person is claiming to be a Christian, but is living a contrary life, [not just by mistakes but by deliberate decisions to walk towards self-destructive decicion that are against their Faith]  they should be quietly but personally CONFRONTED with the facts about their own life, and it AUGHT to be suggested to them, directly and verbally…that they are probably NOT CHRISTIAN.

 

Let’s consider the personal implications of the Rapture for a moment - and what this will mean for Backslidden, Insincere and Cold-Hearted Self-Deceived SO-CALLED Christians:

 

 

Sure it might feel good for a moment to know that we have "escaped the worse", whether the rapture occurs BEFORE the tribulation or even in the Middle of the Tribulation. But there are two important points to keep in mind, and neither is good news for those who are Christians but not seriously committed to God.

 

 

Those who use the excuse of the Rapture for their own abandonment of the faith should be made aware that this kind of behavior is essentially mockery of God.

 

 

People often think of the Rapture as being happiness, joy, contentment and having the benefits of civilizations as FREE people with all of the historic freedoms also attached and available to everyone in that historic context.

 

 

There are 2 suppositions about that scenario:

The RAPTURE is presumed to be personally GOOD, because only at the point at which things are going to get VERY bad is the Church raptured.

 

 

People (especially Americans) tend to draw the conclusion that if the Rapture is going to result in the Church being absent during great difficulty, that this MUST somehow mean that difficulty is not going to be present BEFORE the Rapture takes place.

 

 

 

 

The Difficulties that the Church escapes from, during the Tribulation are bad. But remember in that context what is "BAD" and "Terrible" is being measured in the scale of how GOD measures those terms.

 

 

Millions of Christians are persecuted around the world right now. We document this here at the website. The persecution is not easing up. In most cases it is getting worse.

 

 

There are millions of people today suffering great persecution for their faith right now. And God has not Raptured THOSE people yet, and they are just as deserving , if not more, than any of us are.

 

 

So Experiencing the Rapture means that yes, you will not experience the WORSE of what there is to experience on the SCALE and SCOPE of what GOD measures "TERRIBLE" to be.

 

 

But don’t confuse that with persecution, hardship, difficulty or suffering. Those WILL be experienced, they are being experienced by millions of Christians already, and they are likely to be experienced by American Christians fairly soon.

 

 

Therefore the Rapture delivers from the WORST Pain measured on a God-scale, but NOT from Pain in 99% of the ways that Humans already can measure it.

 

 

The Rapture is NOT – at all - a guarantee against persecution or suffering, and those who think it is have far too little:

 

1) understanding of the Bible and

 

2) understanding of events in the news around the World.

 

 

 

 

Just because the Rapture would occur does not mean that Christians would not be persecuted globally PRIOR to the Rapture. And we know that if the Rapture occurs DURING the Tribulation, Christians most definitely WILL be persecuted BEFORE their Rapture.

 

 

One of the tools of the Rapture is as a tool for witnessing. For everyone else who FAILED to understand salvation, or the Bible, or Prophecy, THIS, the event of the Rapture is their sign that they would need to take events around them very seriously.

 

They are gambling with their own eternal destination, and that cost becomes very high during the Tribulation.

The question is why should a Christian or anyone else NOT commit suicide.

 

Let's go through all of the basic reasons, so we can get to the point and the implications about the RAPTURE:

 

1. As hopeless as everything feels, it may feel that way, but HOPE actually DOES exist and CAN be found.

 

2. God wants to save everyone of His Children, He is not wanting that Any should perish, and God values each and every single individual, whether they know this or not.

 

3. God allows people to make their own choices about their own life, but they cannot chose the CONSEQUENCES of those choices.

 

4. Committing suicide is a decision to decide to take your own life. That is not acceptable to God, because that decision (the one about ending your life) is ONLY a decision that GOD can make and should make.

 

5. committing suicide is NOT the end of life AT ALL. Committing Suicide is the beginning of your Eternal Life. The only question is whether you would spend that life in Heaven or NOT in Heaven (in a place called Hell).

 

6. Christianity is not something invented by men. It was communicated genuinely BY GOD, to HUMANS for the benefit of the Human Race. Disagreeing with this will not change this. If the Bible is true, it predicts that once people Die, they CANNOT under any circumstances change their eternal destinity.

 

THAT can ONLY be done while a human is alive, physically alive.

 

7. Satan exists as a real being who WANTS as many people to come to Hell with HIM where people will continue to exist alone for Eternity where they can then think about their Eternal Destiny, and their decision to Reject God. There is NO REASON why anyone who Wants to find God, would not find Him. God says that HE sends people and information to people who are truly and genuinely seeking Him.

If you are reading this page, you are obviously receiving some of the information that God wants you to have.

 

8. Let us SET ASIDE, for a second the question of Eternal Destination.

 

9. God gives life to each and every single one of us. It is a BAD DEAL to decide to disrespect God, Ignore God, go AGAINST what God wants, and then to place ourselves in a situation, where after having had our most significant disagreement with Him (about chosing to end our life), we then have to IMMEDIATELY FACE the very being – GOD – who instructed us NOT to take our own life.

 

10. So to summarize, it is a bad deal to have to be called to explain to God not only a very BAD decision, but one that is going to be with us for Eternity. SO the best reason NOT to commit suicide: 1 Stay Alive and Find God, and Follow Him, but ALSO ---à Avoid the BAD MEET-UP with God and having to explain yourself and the bad decision you made.

Now all of those same points STILL APPLY to those who use the Concept of the Rapture as an Escape Hatch.

 

 

This applies to a small but large minority of people who THINK that they are Christians, who tell themselves they are Christian, but who live as though Jesus Christ did not actually exist, who do NOT take their relationship with God, and who basically are under the MISCONCEPTION that they will avoid being Etenrnally SEPARATED from GOD

IF you are not acting like a Christian, behaving like a Christian, believing like a True Christian, then ON WHAT BASIS would God have, the deference to you and your lifestyle ? Because you Slap Him in the face, and demonstrate your lack of respect and your lack of commitment to Him ?

 

 

So let’s get the concept of the Rapture straight: Here God raptures the Church, spares it from the worst, and suddenly THERE YOU ARE, with all of the other Christians, only you are now with them IN HEAVEN, and you are now going to have to give an account of HOW you spent your days, your weeks your months, Whether or not you were out saving people, trying to help them, trying to witness, or whether you were ignoring the Gospel, ignoring the Call to help others, ignoring the call of God’s Spirit, and Ignoring the will of GOD. What a Great beginning to Heaven, so all you have now to think about this…is the rest of your Eternal Life.

 

 

 

And everyone ELSE also had the same choice. Given how many millions are suffering for Jesus Christ around the world RIGHT NOW, and what THEY will say to GOD when they are ALSO called up, how are YOU going to look to God, Maybe very close to the person who committed Suicide:

 

 

You had the chance to make a difference, you had the chance to make a MUCH better decision.

 

God tried to reach you, and to encourage you to reach out to others also, and you DISREGARDED And DISRESPECTED GOD.

 

OF course, that scenario, still supposes that an UnCommitted Christian would be SAVED, and in the case of Millions upon Millions, that presumption will turn out to be, VERY FALSE.

 

 

We do not pretend as though we are the ones who could decide this: GOD alone will decide this for each of us. But that only makes the situation more difficult: With those Christians who have lived like the Devil, it may be a dangerous question to ask a Sovereign God: just whom that supposed child was actually emulating and imitating: being more like God the Father, or being more like their Father, the D.

 

 

 

Man proposes his own options, God disposes through His power, but it would seem to be unwise to be called up through the Rapture to be in the presence of God, only to have our conduct PRIOR to the Rapture be so UNCLEAR and AMBIGUOUS about God, that God would have trouble telling whether we are Christian or Not.

That illustration above only goes so far. But it should cause those who believe in the Rapture to understand that believing in the Rapture compels those who proclaim it to undertake their own life and living with a seriousness and commitment to God that God calls all of His children to, but too few respond.

 

To whom much is given, much is required. IF people truly believe the Rapture and are grateful that they may be included in it and avoid the Tribulation, this should only Motivate and Compel each of us to reach as many for Him as possible.

May will SAY that they believe God but show little evidence in their life. Many will SAY that they believe in the RAPTURE, but live as though they are uncommitted and INSINCERE Christians.

Where is the dilemma about these people ? We know that PRIOR to the TRIBULATION a GREAT APOSTASY occurs, where people CLAIM to be Christian but actually are NOT Christian in the least.

Many will claim to be believers in the Rapture only to find that they are NOT raptured but others were.

 

Many will claim to be Christian only to find that they are NOT Christian. These are the Millions who will be deceived, byt their own choice. After the Ratpure, they STILL REJECT GOD, they TAKE the MARK, they are then FURTHER DECEIVED and their fate and their Eternity is well known.

 

 

The point is not about those who SAY that they believe in the Rapture. The point is what those same people who claim to believe in it, ACTUALLY DO with the REST of their life. Millions upon millions of Christians in America are so 1) un-serious 2) uncommitted to the gospel that they claim to honor, that there is no evidence in their life that they are truly saved in any sense.

 

 

The problem though is NOT that we should come to that conclusion. But if God somehow should come to that conclusion about them, that would be a fate much worse.

That is kind of like asking if you are hit by a train, and yet you still survive, will you be able to crawl and live ?

 

There are a few different ways to examine the option: Almost all of them have the same outcome:

 

waiting for the Rapture to take place BEFORE you make up your mind about being saved -à GREATLY DECREASES your own chances for Eternal Life.

 

Let us be sure that we understand what is being proposed: a person is Capable of being saved, and has the understanding of what it takes to become saved, but they deliberately and consciously choose to ignore this,

 

So that they can continue to live a life that is separated from God.

 

Those who advocate this position cannot have spent much time actually thinking about what this choice means. The first problem is that for people who decide NOT to become Christians before the Rapture, they actually have to continue to exist, and to be alive, at the time of the Rapture.

 

No man knows the day or the hour of his own demise.

 

The risk would mean that someone might delay being saved, thinking they would chose to be saved AFTER the rapture has taken place, but that same person might have a car accident, or a stroke, or many other difficulties, BEFORE the time of the Rapture.

 

 

Many people know what it means to be saved, to chose to repent and believe God and ask Him for forgiveness of sins and to save them. Many of those ALSO believe the same delusion: that they will chose to be saved, at a time when it is convenient for them. That is exactly the point that Satan tries to have people believe: that THEY are in control of their destiny including the time of their death.

 

 

But the obituary pages of the newspapers are filled with people who all thought that they had "more time".

 

 

The idea that we will know when we are to die, or that we can predict our death is an illusion, something that we Want to be true, but it is not the order of things.

 

 

So it is very short-sighted to believe that the best choice for ourselves, would be to wait until AFTER the Rapture in order to be saved.

 

1. A FALSE man of peace signs a peace-treaty with Israel for seven years.

 

2. Disastrous "Natural" events begin to occur on the planet, each as worse as the last.

 

3. Millions and millions of people die. Billions literally Billions of people die because of Catastrophes, disasters and plagues during this time period. Politicians make all the nice speeches. But they try to run the world while declaring themselves to be in control. This happens because God allows those people to understand how MUCH control they do NOT have. 

People are very interesting. They make all sorts of statements and then are shocked to be given credibility, shocked to be taken

seriously. God takes what you and all of say - ABOUT HIM - VERY seriously. The Tribulation proves how seriously he treats the

claims of those who SAID in their hearts - that they did not WANT God. 

 

God gave them one thing: CREDIBILITY. 

GOD TOOK THEM AT THEIR WORD

 

Predictably, many of those people who complain about being taken seriously, are the same one who said they did NOT want God. 

This is a GOD-moment.  HE is VERY serious. 

Would it not be a GOOD IDEA, to take A god seriously ? how about THE God, of the Universe ?

The Tribulation is likely to slap the Joke out of everyone. Time is up. Its the End. Make up your mind.

This is a SELF-Selective process. YOU decide where you END up for ETERNITY. 

 

THERE is NO ONE on planet EARTH who will NOT take this material seriously 365 days AFTER the RAPTURE or the START of the TRIBULATION.

 

(unfortunately, most of the informative websites, will have been replaced by those who were LEFT BEHIND by their own choice, and

so MOST of the information about Christianity or the Rapture, or the Tribulation, will be in the process of being presented by those

who knew nothing about it, and who got it WRONG to begin with, which is WHY they were still left behind.  Then there is the small matter of Christianity being declared illegal. Well, FALSE CHRISTIANITY will be legal for all those who take the MARK in order to buy and sell and EAT FOOD. ) 

 

 

It is the End of the Earth as we know it as God begins preparations for a New Era. It is not Mother Earth being unhappy. It is Satan who is trying to take as many as he can with him, so that people will be eternally alone, tormented and separated from God.

 

 

Christians during this time are persecuted, by a global system that treats them as malicious for refusing either to take the Mark, and for refusing to worship the leaders of mankind.

 

What is also occurring is that those same people who take the Mark are spiritually deceived, and they place worse pressure on those who are true Christians to conform to the new system of global worship that is Established to force people to worship Satan, literally. It seems like an impossible scenario, but record of Bible predictions occurring is 100% accuracy. Therefore it is in the context of all of these events, that someone claims that they will wait, until AFTER the Rapture, to make up their minds. Those people are actually deluded far more.

 

 

 

No one who spends 10 minutes reading the book of Revelation would ever claim that they would take the RISK of voluntarily going through that time-period, if they had the ability to chose a different choice, BEFORE those events occurred.

 

 

God is not mocked. Those who have the ability to understand these things BEFORE the Tribulation will have several years to consider how they should have made a DIFFERENT choice. Only after the Tribulation begins, in addition to the plagues and disasters, they will now have the rest of the world that will be disagreeing with their choice to NOT take the Mark.

 

 

 

Those consequences would be such that those who are usually making those claims about waiting until AFTER the Rapture are simply joking. They are not serious. They either are not serious, or they are not serious about life, and their response is just another UN-Serious way of taking everything as a joke.

 

 

The seriousness of these upcoming events will soon convince them otherwise. God is not playing around. Thousands of years have led up to these moments and God has his own plans for those who mock HIS Godhood.

 

 

As Christians, we continue to offer help and assistance, and compassion to those who are willing to be helped. But God is still sovereign, both over those who accept His message, and over those who do not as well.

Its all very easy to say that these people would be catching the boat like Noah. We know what actually happened with Noah, and none of it was "last-minute" preparations.

 

Noah actually spent One Hundred and Twenty Years building the Ark. 

And he devoted decades and decades to the preparation of his family and his nation. But when the time came, people then ALSO thought he was joking, so they did not take him seriously either.

 

Then the flood hit, but the door to the Ark was already closed. That is a good picture also of how God operates. He warns and warns, and is patient up to a point. Then He acts, and all of us are subject to what each of us has PREVIOUSLY decided BEFORE that point in time.
