1) upgrade to a newer version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, or

2) reinstall the version you have, since other programs in your
computers have modified necessary settings.

Version 6.0 or 6.1 works for 98% of those who use our [Virtual Vault / PDF] Ebooks.

But each computer is different, and each user has individual software / configurations

that can affect the Ebooks.

Try the following:

1. Uninstall the version of Adobe PDF reader you currently have

2. Upgrade to the latest version of the Reader (8.0) directly from Adobe.

We recommend that you uninstall your current version and then reinstall

(Every time you attempt to install a new version, it is recommended that

You could go to Adobe and download their Acrobat Reader direct from
